MULTI-TALENTED IN WRITING, editing, design, and illustration, Kai brings a fresh creative spirit to any project he tackles.

During his editorial internship at alive , Kai edited several pieces for the magazine. His writing credits include an interview with Olympic gold medallist Simon Whitfield.

Kai's diverse background includes creative writing, animation, tutoring, and wildlife rehab.

NICOLE IS A WRITER, EDITOR, AND DESIGNER who specializes in children's literature. In summer 2007, Nicole illustrated and co-wrote two children's story and educational activity books for the Burns Bog Conservation Society. She's currently writing two young adult novels and plans to write more books for children.

Nicole hopes to gain a broad range of experience, from in-house book and magazine publishing to freelance editing and web design.

As an expressive writer and designer, Laura is searching for the perfect outlet for her creative tendencies and talents.

She enjoyed her internship at the Maple Ridge - Pitt Meadows Times , and she has actively participated in the college newspaper, The Other Press, as the assistant editor and as a regular columnist.

ANTOINE IS SMITTEN WITH A LOVE of the written word. His articles on culture, technology, the environment, and health have appeared in Think Equity, The Other Press, and alive magazine. As a professional wordsmith, he has produced reader-focused documents ranging from technical manuals to research reports for a number of clients.

Antoine is also an astute editor who interned at alive magazine. In addition to sniffing out errant commas, he edited content for Living Naturally' s online software applications and for the newspaper Metro Canada. In his spare time, he runs a website and produces a weekly podcast.
